| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, make a note of the items which you require and forward the request via email on the contact us link. You will receive an order confirmation same day via fax or email. Simply check the content and price. Your order will not be processed until you verify the confirmation and we have receive a signed copy; again by email, fax, or post The orger confirmation does not constitutet a contract between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract, when we send you an invoice, usually same day by fax or email with an original hard copy by post. In the event of a change of price, or vat we will always contact you first to ensure that you wish to proceed. |
| Shipping And Handling UK Shipping is included in all prices. Goods are dispatched overnight. Parcels can be up to 3.3 metres long, so 48 hours should be allowed for receipt. E U & Overseas orders are shipped against a pre agreed shipping fee. Cougar are able to arrange world wide freight , alternately you may arrange collection ex factory with your own shipping agent. | Delivery Schedule We have an extensive product line of inexcess of 100 permutations. Consequently all Cougar systems are made to order. Mail order Kits are dispatched within 5 Working days from receipt of order, Please allow 48 hours in carriage. Fitted systems are generally installed within 7 working days from receipt of order and deposit. The date & location aggreed upon order confirmation. |
| Back Orders If your item is subject to components which are not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15.% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. |
| Credit Card Security We do not currently accept Web Generated Payment, However once this process is implemented, when the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |
